الكاتب لازم يخون وطنه، قرأت هذه العباره في مجله بالانكليزي. مش فاكره مين الي كتبها. ولاكن علقت في دماغي علشان مافهمتش معناها. ليش الكاتب لازم يخون وطنه؟ هذا كلام غريب. اليوم انا اخيرا فهمت هذه العباره.

سنة 2002 ، لما شارون عمل اجتياح للضفة ، العالم كله كان مستفز ، في مؤلف مسرحي مصري اختار هذا الوقت ليسافر اسرائيل و يعرض مسرحية من تاليفه بتبين سيئات المجتمع المصري
بالنسبة لي ده فعلا كاتب خاين لوطنه و لشعبه لكن بالمعنى السيئ
لان مكتبتي فيها عشرات ولا مئات الكتب اللي بتنتقد مصر و المجتمع المصري بأسوء صورة ممكنة
بس بهالصورة ، ما كان انتقاد و لا بطيخ ... كان تنويم لضمير الاسرائيليين و تغذية لكل مشاعرهم السيئة ضد العرب..
او مثال "خبير" عربي يخرج على التلفزيون و يقولهم ان العرب قتالين قتلة و مو مشكلة انكم قتلتم منهم 700 في اسبوعين و الدليل ... معركة صفين و واقعة الجمل.. هما كانوا بيقتلوا بعض بالأصل ... بس احنا بنقتلهم في سبيل انهم يتطوروا..

أنا سعيده بهاذا الجدال لاني اعتقد انه مهم وبيطرح نقاط مهمه اللي بفكر فيها من فترة. انا بتفق بكل تأكيد مع خالد و محمد. كذالك انا واعيه للحمله الدعائيه ضد العرب والاسلام في الغرب. انا ساكنه في الغرب وكل يوم بسمع أو بشوف حاجه اللي بتقول إنا إحنا مجموعه متخلفه من الناس من كل النواحي. بيتهمونا إنا إحنا متعصيبين بس بينسوا أن امريكا هيه اللي ساندت العناصر الاكثر تعصبآ في مجتمعاتنا. وبكل تأكيد في إستغلال لنقاط الضعف في مجتمعاتنا لغرض التحقير والاذلال. هذا واقع موجود. من جهه ثانيه ثقافتنا فيها نقص في نقطة الأعتراف بعيوبنا. احنا في حاجه الي تفكير منطقي وموظوعي. لازم نحاول ان نتقد انفسنا زي ما بنتقد الأخرين. مجتمعاتنا فيها مشاكل كثيره ولازم نواجه هذه المشاكل بصراحه وشجاعه. مثلا انا بحترم كثيرا الكاتب العراقي وعالم الإجتماع علي الوردي و كذالك الكاتبهة المغربيه فاطمه المرنيسي إللي بتنقد وظع المرأه في العالم الإسلامي. وغيرهم من المفكرين. هنا لب المشكله. كيف تعمل نقد بناء اللي يأدي لتحسن علي أرض الواقع من دون أن تسمح لعمليه الإستخلال. الصراحه أنا ما بعرف جواب لهذه المشكله. السكوت غير مقبول. وكذالك العكس.    

كيف ننتقد بهدف تصحيح الاوضاع و في نفس الوقت نتجنب اننا نكون أداة للتشويه....

دايما أفضل يكون بالعربية... مش عشان الأجانب ما يقروه ، بس عشان الناس المعنيين اللي هما العرب يقروه!
و ثاني شيئ : الانتقاد غير السباب ، يعني الكاتب البعيد عن الواقع بيوجه خطاب استعلائي لجمهوره ، و هو عاجز عن ادراك أي سبب تاريخي أو من البيئة أو اقتصادي أو اجتماعي بيفرض نمط معين من الحياة...
ثالث شي: انه يكون في أرضية مشتركة يبدأ منها الكاتب حديثه مع القراء
و اخيرا ، هذي تعود للكاتب ، انه يكون واعي كيف يتم استخدامه ، يعني بيقرروا يشنوا الحرب على سوريا و "فجأة" بيهتموا بكاتب معارض سوري و يطلبوا منه يهاجملهم المجتمع السوري شوية... اللي بيقوم بهذا الدور مو كاتب هذا بروستيتيوت...

Bragging starts with small secular things right until it gets to the zone where bragging is the least tolerated: RELIGION

All religions preach modesty; but in our region, people brag when they pray, when the fast, and even when they go in pilgrimages they brag even the most, and end up patronizing God for being good

Overdoing something, means exaggerating, going to the extreme, where does bragging lead us ultimately then? In simple words, to fanaticism, that is: (extremism)
We start assuming the role of God when we practise religions extremely:
Judging and punishing people for not praying, for not fasting, and even punishing them for not wearing hijab or else, and ultimately killing them for their different religions, beliefs and their different point of views, and above all issuing some Fatwas classifying them according to some odd standards to good and bad and accordingly punish, forgetting frequently the omnipresent God;
My question here is; what have we left then for God?
God will never be God of punishment, but of love
Religion must be separated from secular life; religion remains freedom of choice; we have two paths as any religion puts it; and everyone knows, whether devoted or not, the sequence of each; it’s a self choice for one simple fact, none will relish the good deeds eventually on our behalf, or even take the bad consequences for the bad ones,
So why enforce? Why cause all this chaos around? Why coerce people into Islam believing it the only good religion, when the other two religions similarly preach the existence of one God, Allah;
The persistent question is are we in the end worshipping God or the messengers? Are we worshipping the means and forgetting the aim?
I am not angry Mohammed; having a different point of view does not necessarily categorize me under angry

Just note Lia how many Arab countries are secular.... ?and see if that really rooted out terrorists? and read more for the takfiryeen to know their rational and understand how they view life... that's important for not only do we need to refute them but to argue with them....

I've met numbers in Arabic words transliterated into English and always wondered what they mean. Do you use them when there are no corresponding letters in English? Is there some agreement which number corresponds to which letter?
