and you can find anything ... like a knot in your stomach the next day
Stylistically it is brilliant
Visually creative.
The whole color thing was compelling
I hated it.
The movie Sin City.
It's the content.
The content.
The content.
The content.
left me with a weird feeling in my stomach.
I liked the martial arts babe with the swords, but otherwise ....
Ya Allah!
Ayayay
I wish I never seen it

i loved that movie very much,,
i know i know it's too much violent.. with lot of blood and corpses ,
yet it's ((Rated R for sustained strong stylized violence, nudity and sexual content including dialogue.))
u've been warned...
what i really loved about the movie is,: the content was originally derived from ( sin city ) the very famous comic book..
I am a big fan of frank Frank Miller's work, consequently i became a great fan of the movie
Robert Rodriguez and quentin tarantino ( my favourite director after soffia coppola) did a great work trying to caught the true spirit of the comics...
i'm eagerly waiting for it's second volume...

Thank you haisam for sharing your thoughts. I don't know why this movie bothered me so much. I am not very sensitive when it comes to violence in movies. For example, I love pulp fiction and good fellas despite the fact that both contained lots of violence. Is it because in Sin City all the women are hookers and strippers? But then all the men are twisted killers. Is it those scenes with severed human limps? But then I laughed while watching flying limps in Kill Bill. So why did that movie disturb me soo much? I don't know .... I can't put my finger on it. I am still thinking. Will let you know if I make any discoveries.
