Here is a leaflet produced by
CanPalNet. It is thought provoking and I wanted to share it with my readers. CanPalNet will distribute this leaflet at different events in Vancouver in the coming weeks.
There is a way between voice and presence where information flows.
In disciplined silence it opens.
With wandering talk it closes. .... Rumi

No provoked thoughts posted yet? Here's one:
I suspect the Arabs have successfully frightened the Israelis into fighting for their nation's survival, again. However, this time the Arabs are not using state military forces. They are funding civilian groups/militias that blend into the population at large. Thus a doctor driving to work at a Palestinian hospital fears an air strike aimed or misaimed at a car nearby. This form of fighting takes a terrible toll on all civilians, as this pamphlet illustrates.
I've been very concerned about the future of the Palestinians ever since an Iranian official said that Arab deaths from a nuclear bomb strike in Israel would be acceptable collateral damage. Do the Palestinians have any idea how horrible that would be? I suspect not. Time is running out to recognize Israel and make a peace treaty, before the Arabs nuke the Palestinians!
The dead can do nothing about ancestral dirt, and the living should stop sacrificing for it. Start with what you have and go make a life for yourself and your children. Don't worry about the dirt -- there's plenty of it.
