The question is, of course, WHY you don't like it. That is in turn related to what you were trying to achieve, and whether you have fallen far short of your goals or not. Personally I think it holds promise. Your handling of the colour is intelligent, and you haven't let it get out of control. There's harmony there. The decorative elements are also interesting and remind me of Klimt in a way. They unify the painting and add visual texture to entertain the eye. Keep at it, you'll eventually achieve what you are trying to achieve.
