ihath-inspirational :: Google Gadget
Google came out with the Google Desktop, which you can download here. As part of that you get a side bar where you can install gadgets. These are little useful apps that sit on top of the Google Desktop Sidebar. I have developed a little google gadget that displays a daily inspirational qoute.
You can download it here
You first have to download and install the Google Desktop, then you can download the ihath-inspirational gadget. Finally, double click on ihath-insprational.gg file and you will be get a daily inspirational qoute.
There is a way between voice and presence where information flows.
In disciplined silence it opens.

2:42 PMYeah, but first those meanies at Google didn't make Google Desktop available for Mac, then they did, but you have to have Mac 10.4 to use it - and of course, I'm still using Mac 10.3.9! Argh. Well, I guess when too many tempting goodies are no longer available below Mac 10.4, I will upgrade. Computers - they're just a black hole for dropping money into, I swear!

I am expressing the same frustration with Google Gadgets. I have a Mac 10.4 and love the goodies - so when I went to install it on my husband's computer it was a no go. He has a 10.3.9 operating system. What a difference one little number makes.
I love Google World. I only wish the programs would have made it available for earlier versions.
