Great blog Ihath! I came across the clip from this years flamenco show on youtube and was wondering if you have more clips from the same show. I was one of the people in the guitar group and we performed Malaguena/Verdiales piece. If you by any chance have this clip, could you post it on youtube please. Thank you.
BTW, The painting of a flamenco dancer was done by Fabian Perez and you can check out more of his fenomenal paintings at: www.fabianperez.com

Cheers!

That would be awesome. My email is stevanovicr@shaw.ca and your response is greatly appreciated!!! I didn't intended to stay anonymous in the original comment instead I'm just an inexperienced blogger. :) I will definitely stop to say 'hi' when I see you at Centro Flamenco.

Thank you,

Ratko
(or, if my memory serves me right, I was sitting second from the right when looking at the stage :) )

If you're looking for Fabian Perez artwork in Vancouver check out Eye Candy at 786 Beatty Street (next to BC Place). This particular piece is called Flamenco Dancer in Black Dress and it is in the window at the gallery along with many other Fabian pieces. You can see more at the website: www.eyecandydesignsolutions.com
